City councillor since 2009, Mr. Doyle was born in Châteauguay in the De La Noue district where he still lives.

He completed his high school studies at Howard S. Billings School and had a 36-year career with General Electric, which took him to the United States, Indonesia and China, where he had the good fortune to meet his wife since 1999.

For the past twelve years, he has been involved in municipal politics and has a strong desire to continue his mission to move forward as a Councillor in the De La Noue district and to continue his involvement in contributing to the constant improvement of the quality of life of the citizens of his district and his city.  Barry is known for working for the citizens first. He is proud of the accomplishments that have been made in his district such as the repaving of some streets and the arrival of water features in the Elmridge park.

He firmly believes that Mr. Eric Allard's team, which he has joined, will succeed in revitalizing the City's economy.  He is therefore seeking a new mandate in this sense at the next elections in November 2021.

Éric Allard, municipal councillor in the district where he grew up, is running for mayor of Châteauguay in the November 2021 municipal elections.

Éric Allard grew up, went to school and started a family in Châteauguay.  He has always taken his city to heart and has been actively involved at many levels. From president of the Saint-Jude school governing board to commissioner and vice-president of the school board, he has been involved in education for over 18 years. Always determined to contribute to the development of his city, a committed citizen par excellence, he has also been involved at the community level, acting as an organizer and volunteer for the Operation Red Nose campaign in the region.  Coach in several sports, involved in various boards of directors of Chateauguois organizations

His undeniable commitment to the community, his integrity, his concern for transparency and his perseverance as well as his authenticity, led him to take up the challenge of entering municipal politics, first as a councilor.  Deeply convinced that his values are necessary for the development of the city, he is now presenting his candidacy for the position of mayor in the upcoming municipal elections of November 2021.

Proud of his city like no other, he is deeply convinced that his city is alive and full of possibilities that are only waiting for a close collaboration between the members of the municipal council and its citizens to let its full potential and infinite possibilities emerge and take its rightful place in the region.
